Upon casting Chakra: Sanctuary and placing it on the floor, while standing inside it, you receive A LOT of Surge of Light procs, which shouldn't happen, they proc far too often, and they also seem to be awarding mana back when using the procs gained from the Sanctuary. Edelweiss323 Posted April 3, 2016 Share Posted April 3, 2016 I think one of the basic problems is this one: if you put the Sanctuary on the ground while nobody standing in it, it CAN proc. Honestly, sometimes it doesnt matter if there's 1 person standing in it or 10 - I had a whole raid standing in it and in 5 sec I had only 1 proc, also I had 1 person standing in it and it procced like hell. If that ninja-proc while nobody stands in it can be tracked down to see the cause, i think it could solve a big deal of the problem. Link to comment
