It's not a bug, its a bonus of pvp set.

2 pc set bonus:

Your Crusader Strike now also grants you 1,000 increased PvP [ower for 6 sec.

4 pc set bonus:

You gain a charge of Holy Power whenever you take direct damage. This effect cannot occur more than once every 8 seconds.

pvp gloves bonus:

Increases the range of your Judgment by 10 yards.

 

Sorry but I kind of fail to see where exactly is that PvP set bonus that makes your Exorcism give an additional HP :) Please, next time before talking complete crap, educate yourselves, both of you :)

 

It's the internet so my credibility would always be questionable but I've mained ret through the whole of MoP and have even played it quite a lot at very high ratings. You won't really go anywhere by arguing with me on this.
