Hand of Gul'Dan and Shadow Bolt low damage

2. Those two spells deal around ~20% less damage than they should. Their formulas can be found in the wowhead changelog.

 

3. The spells have wrong formulas. They should deal more damage.

 

I have 32632 SP and 26.81% Mastery.

 

Shadow Bolt example:

 

The spell's formula is 1474 (+138% Spell Power).

 

The spell should deal 58974 damage. It deals 53307.

 

 

Hand of Gul'Dan example:

 

The spell's formula for its initial damage (can't find the one for the dot but it's lower as well) is 614 (+ 57.5% Spell Power).

 

The spell should deal 24572 damage. It deals 20748.
