i got a screen of will admitt that he tp hacks and everyone knows he is a abuser when its comes to health when his low he does something so his hp goes up without heals and everyone knows he's a hacker i've seen him flying before but this should be good to finally get this hacker banned

You're supposed to catch him hacking, 3rd party program.

Lol have you seen him play? then you should now its sad that pandawow is full of cheaters, i've spend alot of money on it but im done because its not idea to play full of cheaters no admins active

Pandawow administrator's doesn't moderate ingame, they handle the development and the more important stuff.

And then there's international technical supporters; https://gyazo.com/1d450b9613559659e50c79986cc55bbf which moderate the forum and so on.

 

Game Masters / Moderators can't be ingame and stalk every players at every angle... That's why we got Report a player. We only approve with proof of violation.
