They are deleteing their charsso you don't banned them so I suggest you put a anti-hack thing on pandawow so no one can hack -cheat engine- can still be used if you do so. but I don't use any hacks

We have anti-cheat system, but it's passive, wich means that a GM needs to be online in order for the cheater to get banned.
