If you have 3 necrotic strike on target from you and smb else will use +1 necro you should have 4 necro on target. Where is your logic?

Fix the broken dmg first, then you cal fix rhis shit Yesterday already tested all, ALL dk skills. Dmg is ok, but gargoyle have +20% mastery bcs of bug(report crated). So dmg is ok .....
