What specs do you use to play World of Warcraft.

Really cheap and strong build:

 

Intel G3258(allows OC with stock cooler up to ~4.8GHz where it competes with i7 processors on single core activities)

Cheap B85 chipset MOBO

GeForce GTX 750 TI (optional, the Intel HD integrated Graphics allows you to play wow on good quality. You don't need ultra, trust me, all that shiny stuff will distract you from gameplay)

8GB RAM(to ensure balance around the system)

A decent 500W PSU(do NOT buy cheap ones)

A decent case that allows good cable management for decent air-flow around the case, since you will be using a stock cooler.

 

Price is ~450 give or take a few dollars

[install system on it and only main game you play the rest is on HDD]

As uraganuu said, you don't need ultra.

Ground clutter, ground density,SSAO and shadows make the game too full and confusing and those are the settings that lag the game most. The one next to them is the liquid quality.
