If he went on top of there doesn't mean he has some kind of third party programm.You actually didn't see him in mid air

Probably he climbed up somehow.Found secret route or something.

There's no "secret route" the place is cleared off with invisible walls, impossible to climb up. Only with flyable thing etc.

If he is using third party, then storm is coming his way.
