Description of the problem: You don't get the 50% increased haste from your items.

 

How it must work: You should get 50% increased haste from all your items.

 

Date when you tested it: 1-6-16

 

Realm (x100/x5/Fun): x100, possibly xfun too.

 

Priority of the problem: 7/10

 

Add; I have realized that once you change the stances, the tooltip number changes, but not he % / Percentage, example given:

Yeah noticed that too although monks mainly instant cast anyways :P Soothing mist and then instant cast the rest :P

I still think the haste would effect the hots (ie enveloping mists, renewing mist etc), so the valuation is quite good.

Haste makes global cooldown lower, "ticks effects" (like enveloping mist or renewing mist) faster, and spells like Soothing Mist or Surging Mist can be channeled/cast faster, so I think this is an important bug that should be fixed as soon as possible.

This spell is perfectly working it's just visual bug , you can test it easily if you want

examlpe: For 7th tick of Enveloping Mist you need 12.5 % haste which is about 5,421 (~12.75%)

It's supposed to reduce the cast time of the spells, which it doesn.t
