same faction attacking player

Recently I've been questing in Timeless Isle, and I don't know how some players of the same faction as me (Horde) are able to attack me. This is not the first time that it happens, so I'm reporting the player who attacked me today. The player's ingame name is Kriknaks. Funny thing is as he was attacking me, for some reason he was asking me if I was spanish and wanted to kill me only. Chased me till I was dead. I was mounted and doesn't seemed like he was going to give up. There were other Horde players (who were more easy targets, as they weren't mounted), but for some reason he was ignoring them.

He must have been going for an achievement. There is an item or something that allows a player to attack and kill members of the same faction. It makes that player hostile to everyone. Other than that, really no excuse singling you out and not targeting other players.
