Advertising another server(Warmane)

He got angry about his little e-peen getting e-rekt and started bragging about how good is he on another server.

You don't need time etc in chat in these kind of situations. It's mostly needed for spam, and if the player has chat addons, which excludes many things from blizzard UI.

This isn't advertising, he / she simply named the server he / she used to play on before. Advertising is totally different thing, if player isn't mentioning the server's website (e.g. Pandawow.ru) it's not advertising. Besides in this screenshot the player nowhere said any form of server advertisement, like brief on working stuff and invitation for you to play there.

Also... there's A LOT of players on PandaWoW bragging how good they are on another server and using that server's XP to find arena partner here, or they're all 2.5+ xp from live. Bragging about his xp on another server is not advertising another server.

It is veiled advertising.I can put my name Warmane in game and subtly encourage people to.In fact ill do it anyway.
