Use of ingame bugs / exploit

The player Baitmasterx was attacking me inside the gurubashi arena ring and then he ran out, when I followed him out he kept attacking me by exploiting the bug where you dont stop attacking if you keep the target.

 

This was on the Fun realm and here is a screenshot that clearly shows him attacking while he is a friendly target to me. (I have more proof if needed)

It's just the dots of rogue man I don't think this is bannable and even if it is it's server's issue not players.

Apparently this isn't bannable, there's nothing Pandawow can do about this..
