No offense to anyone but i think all of your proofs should be in arena or atleast word pvp , I saw the reported mage and he changed enchants now.. Just get good pic or vidieo of them abusing it..

It doesn't matter where people abuse. Also i added an imgur link where you can see the mage in arena while he has the enchants ;)
