Speed up mage in arena

[Unholyusualy]

Flash mage on the fun to use the glyph Teleport to go much faster and according to my information it is forbidden,

Cordialy Rescuee x100 ( He abused a minor glyph that shouldn't be working in arena to give himself 70% movement speed for 1 minute.

Sometimes it just procs by itself, but it you can print the portal casted. Would be gr8. If you alter time and back fast it procs, my report got declined, other 2 maged got banned injustice
