After completing this quest , i didnt received the next one http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=32595/the-crown-of-heaven , but i still keep http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=95432/lightning-lance in my bag , which is uselees for me. 3. you should be able to take next q 4. 23.5.2016 5. 100x {on fun it doesnt matter, you can buy cloaks there} 6. 10/10 for PVE players PS. this happened to everyone who complete spirit of the storm lord now , im not the only one.
