Reason: Exploiting a bugged trinket that converts way more than 2.35% damage into healing. More like 40-70% healing, lol

It's a buged* pve item which scale with spell power so stfu and get a life instead of abusing.

(Same as above, there should be a lot of information on that matter, and remember, the violator gets punished for using the bug,

not for a bug appirans.

You should write what the bug is about and how it works, and your proofs should contain the information - Zeox.)

Here he clearly use the trinket to get benefic from the bug so he should get punished for using it.

Trinket is bugged,it should give 3% of selfhealing but it does 50%.And also this item is not scaling inside arenas.Checked with my partner(mage).It is already in bug-tracker.

And also this item is not scaling inside arenas.

Oh darling, believe me, it does. It does scale inside the arenas. Tested it and ended up doing 5x more heals than a resto/udk team at 2.3k mmr

Felxprod, i meant that inside arenas pve item's and their stats should be scaled to item of 540 lvl.Ilvl of this trinket is 540,but selfheal is still 50%,like 4head it's so op.

they didnt ban when legendary cloak was working in arenas nor when pve weapon gave the same pvp power than the pvp one, so...

You're right, but no1 had these trinkets laying around in their bags (specialy mages / priests -.- ). They had to go out of their way to abuse it, which means it should be banable.

I've always had this trinket in my bags, these dodge stats is op against melees, 2k Dodge, should I say more? means u dodge 2000 times in 1min.
