It's not only class colors you edited the screen shot(s) as well and edited screen shots aren't acceptable.

The first thing you need to do is right click on the general tab at the top of the chat. Scroll down to Filler and click on settings. It'll give you the option to turn on class colors in the global channels as well as other options. Did you even try that?
