Description of the violation: Breaking rule 1.3 in Criteria for Bans. He is abusing a double talent to get advantages in PvP, http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=187895, since http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=586 without http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108942 still removes all movement impairing effects and prevents movement speed from being reduced for 5 sec he is using http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=121536 with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=586 to basiclly have two Lvl 30 Tier talents.

Comments to the situation: He can get out of situations which he normally wouldn't be able to, and if he is about to die and he can use both talents to get away and heal up then that's a game changer, and since http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=586 without the talent only decrease your Threat level, which doesn't work on Pets here, the spell without the talent or abuse is totally worthless, so using http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=586 in Arena is abusing.

You would only use Fade in Arena if you have the talent for it, which Akuyama doesn't have, and according to the report Noneed uses the Angelic Feather talent and Fade for the bugged effect

if that was really an abuse i think he has to get banned for like 6 days or something (expectations cause i got banned for 30d just for an insult but abusers get 6d R.I.P)but i don't think that we should call this an abuse since the bug was not called out for (unknown until now)and he is not bugging the spell but the spell is bugged out so in overall it's the admins decision but i don't think that he should get banned
