Why am i banned?

1. I don't know which of my chars was banned :/ but they are 3 Eminelf, Khaltrollo and Absorable.

2. Pandawow x100

3. I looked it up. It says for botting

4. I don't know when i was banned

5. I'm banned until 2016-09-11 04:20:44

6. I don't know what happened i didn't play wow for about 3 days and today i tried to log in and i couldn't. I was a little stressed thought it's my internet but it wasn't. Then i entered the site and there i saw that i was BANNED :/. I was like WTF why am i banned i've not even played :( :( it's so unfair i changed my password i guess someone has used my account i'm sorry if this hacker have done some damage to anyone and i hope that my heroes are ok and not nude and poor

7. I don't know where to find this i'm a forum noob

P.S. I hope that you understand :( it's just so unfair
