Bugged Spell/Talent: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Glyph_of_Denounce 2. description of the problem: lowers with cast time of http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Denounce only when the paladin crits with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=20473/holy-shock 3. How it should work: It should lower the cast time of http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Denounce whether the Paladin critted with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=20473/holy-shock or didn't.
