Spell: Dominate Mind & Shadowform & some other spells

 

Issue: While you have a person MC'd and you use your PvP trinket (Every Man for Himself for instance) or Shadowform, Dispersion, Psychic Scream etc, they become shiny kinda (https://gyazo.com/bc62614d0d2fbfa8fd57acb0cdbb2bdd)

 

What should happen: Shouldn't be like that, should not be able to use those abilities in MC (they're not doing anything, it's just that its annoying to see)
