If you'd have bothered reading Nemifest's post here: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=207633 and asked him to help you find a link to the software he mentioned, you would not be embarrassing yourself again. Vegartko is just a player not a staff member. Even reports that were made before new rules got declined by Shadrissa because people didn't have a video proof in their report. If your pc isn't that good and you can't record a video simply don't report the violator just use your ignore feature. We can't change the rules individually because it will be unfair for other players as well.

 

I already told you about this like 3 times and I won't say it again. Follow the rules for reporting if you want to report a player.
