Injust Banning

Hello everyone, on this Beautiful Friday (in my country), I arrived from work and tried to connect to my account and with my attempts I realized that something was wrong.

So I went to the server site and saw that my account was banned, because of "BUG ABUSER", I think about 2 days ago I took advantage of the hunter bug because I was tired of dying.

That I remember the laws of the court, it is not wrong to abuse something to defend itself, I was exposed to the need to use, I did not use because I wanted to.

I am a player for almost 2 years and I have 3 accounts, there were more than 300 dollars spent here, this for me that I am Brazilian is a lot because the currency is a bit high.

I do not think it fair that I am a donor being banned for defending myself from people who were killing me all the time.

I ask you to review the situation.

You're on a server where there are NO exceptions, dude. There are no errors here either. The admins knew exactly what they were doing when they made the rules. If you know anything about any sort of legal system, the burden of proof is ALWAYS on the accuser. They made a video of you abusing that you assert is forged. Yet, it's apparent you never bothered to do some recording yourself so you could set the story straight. You can't prove they forged the video used to ban you. You had options other than bug abuse. You could have stayed dead after the first time they killed you and after a while they would have left once it became apparent you weren't going to allow yourself to be farmed like that. You won't necessarily be banned for remaining dead until your assailants leave.

 

PS: Before you say my method doesn't actually work, it does work. I haven't been ganked in forever since I started remaining dead or rezzing at the spirit healer if it was far enough from my corpse to avoid detection by my attackers. Best ten minutes well spent if it meant easily getting away from the gankers.

Omfg i had a great laugh reading this. Please dude, use your head, of course there are either international or national laws that 'protect' you when you do something wrong to defend yourself, yet you can get prosecuted for committing a crime when defending yourself. If someone is inside your house stealing, and you shoot him from behind, 'you defended yourself' but you'll go to jail xd. Anyways, this makes no sense, since this is not brazil, or the states, this is a virtual game, where real world rules/laws don't apply, rules are rules, and this server says, if you abuse, either to defend yourself, not in purpose, or w/e you say, you get banned, deal with it or pay the unban, because you won't get unbanned by applying real world law in here.
