Backdraft + Incinerate

2. When you cast Incinerate with backdraft, the backdraft stack doesn't get removed upon spell cast, only when spell hits target.

3. Backdraft should reduce its stack by 1 when incinerate is casted, not when it hits target.

retail proffs? i mean, we can't do more than 3/6 incinerates, i don't see whats wrong
