Essence of yu'lon (Legendary cloak) causing Arcane missiles to proc.

2. description of the problem: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=148008/essence-of-yulon is causing the Mage to gain stacks of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5143/arcane-missiles

 

3. How it should work: The Mage SHOULD NOT gain stacks of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5143/arcane-missiles from http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=148008/essence-of-yulon, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5143/arcane-missiles should proc ONLY from the Mage own spells, and http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=148008/essence-of-yulon is an item effect.

5. Realm: x100, (probably xfun too).

6. Priority: 2/10 or something, I don't know.

Tested like 100 times and didn't proc once
