2. Problem:

http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=71504/siegecrafter-blackfuse uses his first http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143385/electrostatic-charge attack ~10 seconds after pull.

 

3. How it should work:

http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=71504/siegecrafter-blackfuse should use his first http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143385/electrostatic-charge attack right after pull, every next one is used every x seconds (like it is now).

Note: 1 Bug about this ability which wasn't noticed earlier - boss should follow his current target (tank) while casting http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=143385/electrostatic-charge, at the moment he doesn't.
