• http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=144608/charge - At 66% and 33% health remaining, Niuzao charges around the arena, inflicting xx.xx Physical damage to enemies within 30 yards every 1 sec.

At 66% and 33% Health http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=71954/niuzao doesn't use http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=144608/charge ability.
