Reason: I feel bothered and watched by Viktor971, and I am reporting for something that is not his business and is not his work. So I feel harassed and watched. I do not want him to do it. So I wish I was punished for it. He reportet me for example for 2 words which are not even bad. And only represent allegations. I do not like it. If he has no other hobbies and only someone to annoy, he should not do it to the GMs. And do not bother the user. This is also a crime!
