Halta Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 (edited) Name: Glyph of Flash of light Problems: 1) Cross: When you cast Flash of Light twice on the same target, one of them will correctly proc the buff, while the second one will correctly consume it but not re-proc it. 2) Cross: Eternal Flame can't consume the buff. How it should work: 1) Flash of Light should consume the buff to get increased by 10%, but also re-proc a new buff. 2) Eternal Flame's DIRECT heal should consume the buff to increase both the direct AND the HoT by 10%. Date: 13/4/18 Realm: Cross, on world it works fine. Priority: 7/10 This got bugged again after the recent update, it used to work.
