Blind Hatred has 3 seconds cast time followed by 30 seconds channel time.

 

3. How should it work:

Blind Hatred should be instant cast followed by 30 seconds channel time.

P.S. I'm aware of this, yet couldn't find a single video where boss casts Blind Hatred before channeling it.
