Trying to sell char but not working??

It means your character has gold, silver or copper.

 

Remove all the money from the character & then put it on the website. I.E Trade / mail your gold/silver/copper to a random player or an alt.

Hello, in order to sell your character you must have 0 gold, 0 silver, 0 copper (in your case) and another criteria is your character must have >=7 days played time.
