Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger + Stance of the Wise Serpent does not proc Mastery: Gift of the Serpent

Problem 1: Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger healing with Stance of the Wise Serpent should proc Mastery: Gift of the Serpent

Problem 2: Healing received from Stance of the Wise Serpent + Summon Jade Serpent Statue with Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger should not be affected by battle fatigue. Should equal to 50% of the damage done into healing, it is currently at 25% only. Should be 25% from Stance of the Wise Serpent and 25% from Summon Jade Serpent Statue

10/10

Proofs? Why it shouldn't be affected?

Tooltip shows 25%, where you get 50% value?

Any percentage based healing is not affected by battle fatigue

All similar spells (for example Nature's Vigil, Ancestral Guidance) is affected by battle fatigue.

Hotfix (2013-07-19): "Ancestral Guidance should now properly interact with Battle Fatigue. Previously, Battle Fatigue was being incorrectly applied a second time while healing nearby party or raid members."

But all these spells have mechanic that calculates healing based on damage before resilience reduction (for Eminence it currently working too). You can check the details here: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=237883

For problem 2, there are 2 different tooltips. One buff is which the MW monk has. Another buff is attached to the statue. If a player is in range of both the statue AND the monk, he will receive 50% healing. If the player in out of range of 1 other object (Monk or statue) the player will receive only 25% healing. I linked a picture with an illustration, maybe it helps understand.

I know this is hard to back up from my point of view, but you need to trust me on this. The healing output of it is just way to low OUTSIDE of arena right now. Subtracting 55% from it in arena would make it a useless spell in the end. For extra info I made a video with an explanation. https://youtu.be/IPxwpYn1WK0. I can also link a video of a MW using xuen and maybe we can compare the healing numbers we see.

Mastery: Gift of the Serpent
Instant
You have a 0% chance when you heal to summon a Healing Sphere nearby an injured ally for 30 sec. Allies who walk through the sphere will be healed for 1.

If the Healing Sphere expires before being used, an ally nearby within 6 yards of the sphere will be healed for 50% of the effect.
