It's funny to complain about rules and policies because before you register in our server you clicked at "I have read and agree with Pandawow rules".

 

If you have evidences against this players you can always report them here and we will check closely your report. Words like "this guy is hacker" or "he got banned in all private servers" aren't valid proofs.
