3. Stun effects should not be cancelled nor refreshed to a lower duration: ''A more powerful spell is already active''.

Cheap Shot is an opening move and can accumulate on target as debuffs; similar to Druid's Pounce.

Cheap Shot should have full duration until it can be refreshed on each diminishing return stage.

Casting Cheap Shot while in Subterfuge: first effect will have full duration (4 seconds), at 3 seconds will only add combo points, on the 2 seconds mark will refresh its effect to 2 seconds;

A 50% dr Kidney Shot should cancel a 3 seconds or less duration remaining Cheap Shot.

Kidney Shot should not cancel a stronger similar effect but it can refresh/add duration to a lower effect.
