Wintrade Rogue Didn't get Ban

This rogue was banned in another thread by "Seque" for wintrading 1s for enchants.

 

Now you can see that the char renamed nickname but nobody removed his rating 2.2k in 1s or any enchants.

 

Earlier the GM's were removing everything from wintrading.

That's sad. Some months ago GM's were removing the enchants

How do you understand that it was he who was given the ban? I’m looking at the history of bans, and I don’t see bans from the indicated GM
