Scamming Characters

The reason I'm reporting this person is because he's trying to scam people by selling characters with not-so accurate valor of items.

Which means, he says he's selling a Human Rogue for 2.7k (3.3k on site) coins with 582 PvE ilvl. The problem is, once you go and check for the inventory of this character you cannot find the whole BIS set complete, that means that he is lying about having fully PvE items.

 

When you try to confront him ingame, asking him to show INGAME the character he makes up tons of excuses, dodges to show the character.

 

I'll show some screenshots where I ask him to show his rogue and he declines to do it, clearly stating he will not show his rogue because is not 582, when it is 569 accurately, I will also provide the Rogue armory in order for you to check it out.

If he does not want to show his character then don't buy it. No one can force anyone to buy a character and in case someone purchase a toon and he does not check him (in game or in shop) it's his own problem.
