Очень спорно. С одной стороны есть ченжлог, с другой есть аура которая была добавлена в 4.1.0 SPELL_AURA_USE_NORMAL_MOVEMENT_SPEED со значением 7. И работает она как задумано. Тут либо видео нужно, либо протестить на офе.

Ага, Speed - 23451 имеет ту же ауру SPELL_AURA_USE_NORMAL_MOVEMENT_SPEED со значением 14, поэтому стакается и увеличивается. В общем нужно больше информации.

Комментарий с вовхед подтверждает, повышение скорости пепедвидения не более 100%. Но думаю надо курить форумы, либо где-то искать записи разработчиков...

 

When both flags are held, the following debuffs are applied to the flag carriers;

 

+50% increased damage done to them after 10 minutes, and limits their movement speed (can not go above 100% movement speed)

Focused Assault

 

+100% increased damage done to them after 15 minutes, and limits their movement speed (can not go above 100% movement speed)

Brutal Assault

 

These debuffs remain until the flags are returned, meaning if you drop the flag and someone else picks it up they will have the debuff as well.
