spamming the chat everyday

3. he spams the /bg chat (and /w chat) every time all the time, insulting almost every player that is near him repeatedly saying the same sentences non stop, most times these players he insult didnt even talk to him or said anything, he is just like that

he joins bg, doesnt play it (stays afk in base) and just spams the chat insulting every single player that tells him to stop spamming the chat
if u ignore him he keeps talking, if u answer him he keeps talking, both cases he says the same sentences/words repeatedly, and the ignore button doesnt work in cross realm so what are we supposed to do to stop reading his spam other than hidding the whole chat?

if a bg lasts 15min he spams the chat for 15min

We do not accept reports for chat violations anymore in forum, use our in game report player system. Also, answering your question, no we won't permanently mute someone for such minor violations. As I already said in the past numerous times, use /ignore #playername feature if you feel offended or annoyed by him or any other player.
