Frost King Malakk this boss‘s skill Frigid Assault.... its should be able to be parried or evaded But now I can't cast any abilities to dodge and parry this ability, yes, it won't be parried or evaded

I can't find 114039 its id on wowhead and db.pandawow.me， idk this translate name   maybe Silverhand Purepaladin???its paladin sikll.... It should work against this Frostbite

Checked with author. Conclusion:

- Stack of Frigid Assault is already not applied when melee attack from was boss not successful (dodged, parried...);

- Player can avoid to receive Frostbite debuff while under the effect of Hand of Protection. In case Frostbite was already applied Hand of Protection will not remove it

- Frostbite is not considered as periodic damage, so Hand of Purity reduces damage only by 10%. No information currently that suggests this is not correct
