2. When you use https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=85673 with 3 Holy Power, it should apply the 9% damage buff, it works, as intended. But, the issue is that, you can overwrite the 9% stronger buff, with the weaker version 3% (1 Holy Power) 6% (2 Holy Power). 

 

3. How it should work: When you use https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=85673 with 3 Holy Power and then apply  https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=54936, you should receive a 9% damage increase (which you do). However, it should indicate that a 'More Powerful spell is already active' and maintain the 9% damage boost. You should also be able to heal yourself using 1 or 2 Holy Power with  https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=85673. So, to sum it up, after you apply the buff with 3 Holy Power from Word of Glory, you get the 9% damage boost. But if you follow up with 1 or 2 Holy Power from Word of Glory, it should heal you (which it does) without replacing the stronger damage buff with a weaker one.
