these 2 players are probably joining bg with alt accounts

these 2 players always join bg together and leave withing 1min of the game, one of them is healer, i havent seen them finish a bg a single time

Cutted screenshots are not acceptable. Also, even if I confirm that those players have the same IP address it doesn't mean that it's one person behind those accounts. I would need several screenshots from different BGs that those players leave, do not deal any damage and heal etc.
