hello everyone i found issue about this achievement reward which is should give this mount https://www.wowhead.com/item=198654/otterworldly-ottuk-carrier but in game i found this one and both are different cause in game is based as ground mount and in official one is flying mount

Hello, there are currently few difficulties to get this mount to look like on retail (mainly speaking about the shadowlands soulshape visual effect). But we are aware of it

We do not have information to share regarding the fix as of yet, for now it will remain a ground mount without the soulshape visual
