LFR - Камни негрожителей

Добрый день! Обращаюсь с вопросом.
При поиске в ЛФР (который вообще никто не регает) появились камни негров но смогу ли я их получить если все-таки регну ЛФР и можно ли их уже куда-то тратить? Или просто забить и не обращать внимание на это пока-что?
