[General] Slow Effect Visual

i want to start making videos on this server but i can't until this is fixed . and i think a lot of other players are thinking the same way.

i'll explain the bug and how it should work.

 

1. Slow effect was changed Pre-Cataclysm in patch 3.3.0. With a visual that looks like you are running , but in slow-motion

2. Slow effect on Pandawow and ANY other private server (besides Arena-Tournament

 

Here is a video about it (i'm sorry its from other private servers but in this case you will understand it since the same bug appears to be found here as well on Pandawow)

PS. PLEASE take this seriously or as a 10/10 priority post . (You could be world 2nd. server that has this feature working )

I have always gotten the same response from every single private server where i have reported this : "It's useless" "we dont need this" blah blah.... I'm still hoping

 

If you have any questions please just reply to this post , i'm checking forum almost every 3 hours . I'm hoping that you will do whatever you can .
