When will tooltips change?

In regard to my last topic - http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=52911 , I had one more question which I couldn't ask due to my thread being closed.

 

So.. as I understand, the server is using 5.4.0 tooltips... 5.4.1, 5.4.2 and hotfixes do not take account into the tooltips, though they are actually in-game.

 

My question is - when are those tooltips going to be "fixed" to give proper information? With the update to 5.4.7? And if that is the case then what will happen to the 5.4.7 hotfixes... Unless there is a 5.4.8 patch they won't be reflected in the tooltip or what?
