Why the hell is alter time bugged?

When 5.4 first came out Alter Time mage spell was working PERFECTLY , then after a month from the launch , some1 disabled it and now it says "This spell is not available to you" WHY IS IT BUGGED? its the most important MOP mage spell in the game , this is the TOP priority , mage mastery doesnt work , now alter time doesnt work? whats next ? no talents for us? im waiting for an explaination why is this disabled (its already been a month or 2)

you complain of a spell when there are many classes to complete their talents row does not work, do not give chest beating when there are classes that have survived well. just report it and wait the solution

The guy who make this topic hes right and i will support him because i play with mage too.

Alter Time was working and we need to hear really good explanation from pandawow staff why that spell is disabled even was working properly.

Instant cast3 min cooldown
Alter the fabric of time, causing the caster to return to their current location, health, mana, buffs, and debuffs, when cast a second time, or after 6 sec.

Effect negated if the caster dies within the 6 sec before the effect occurs or moves too far away.
