Missing Rare mob in Pandaria

Hello, I've been looking for a rare mob in Pandaria, wich seems to never spawn.

It's about Sahn Tidehunter ( http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=50780). Now, the mob is supposed to spawn near the corpse of a huge crab elite mob. I have found this crab on top of a mountain near it's supposed location, but the Sahn mob is nowhere to be found.

 

This happens on Fun, by the way.

The mob drops some nice armors and vanity items I would love to have. Can I get a word on this, is the mob not spawning on purpose?

By the way, the dead crab that's supposed to be at the Rare's location is actually bugged and floating near the mountain top a few meters from the spawn location.

I managed to finally find this rare. It spawns right near the dead crab I've mentioned earlyer, but it's location is still nowhere near what it should be. I will make a screenshot and upload coordinates as soon as I find it up again.
