I am a player who is completely new to WoW, the game is interesting, but i'm totally confused and I'm wondering if anyone could give links to game guide sites or something like that?

WoWHead [http://ru.wowhead.com/] It's a database that has guides, and everything you want, full of usefull comments and has a search system. Remember, any quest, any item you can search up there, read comments too, aswell.

You can find complete guides made by players on Youtube. Just search "class name guide 5.4" and you should find plenty of videos, most of them offering reason behind the choice of talent or specific spell rotation or energy management etc.
