That's not a bug, that's standard function of custom channels, but it was disabled earlier. We are currently monitoring a DDOS attack against our datacenter partner which is affecting latency to our servers. There is nothing we can do about this and we can not say exactly how long it will last, but we will monitoring this situation and will inform you of any news in this topic. 1

Our team and technical support team at the data center, where the server is located, is already working on to solve this issue. Any news and further information will be posted here. I remind you that we can’t influence the current situation in any way, since the problems on the part of the Data Center, at the time of offline servers we also physically cannot connect to them, because all connections "from outside" to the Data Center are completely blocked. Not only we suffered from this attack, but also thousands of other servers located in this place. But, despite this, we understand how much inconvenience such offlines bring and we, of course, are also not happy with this, so in the next month all servers will be transferred to another Data Center. This issue already known us, we're looking for reasons which could lead to that. When the reason of server crash is found and fixed, server will start again.

Perhaps we will immediately start moving the servers to a new data center so that we no longer return to all these problems. We are waiting for the system administrator and will make a decision.
