the stacks debuff of the venom are nature, the STUN effect when reaching 4 stacks is FISICAL EFFECT https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=108215 

you can check ingame too, the venom stacks are green squared, the venom stun is RED SQUARED, its a physical stun no different than kidney and cheap shots and warrior stuns etc

What's meant here is a buff placed on you.

If the buff were magical, a mage, for example could steal it
